For catalogue digital invites (PDF & video):

• What you receive: 1 main wedding invite. Add Mehendi, Sangeet, Haldi or Reception cards at the price shown with the product.
• Format: High-quality MP4 video or PDF optimised for WhatsApp, Instagram and email.
• Turnaround: First proof within 2 working days after we receive your order and complete details on WhatsApp. Final PDF or video within 2 working days after proof approval. Working days: Monday–Friday. Customer response and revision time are additional. Contact us before ordering for urgent deadlines.
• Delivery: Final files sent by email / WhatsApp as a downloadable link, ready to share worldwide.
• Personalisation: Names, dates, venue, parents’ names, event timeline and theme colours.
• Revisions: 2 rounds before final delivery. Changes after animation begins (for video) or after final delivery are chargeable.

For Printed Invites / Stationery:

• What you receive: Premium printed invites/stationery in your chosen finish and quantity, packaged for safe delivery, plus a digital version.
• Format: Physical printed pieces in your chosen finish, ready to send.
• Turnaround: Proof within 48 working hours after we receive your order and complete content. Dispatch within 15 days after proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional.
• Delivery: Shipped to your preferred address worldwide. Shipping charges shared based on location before dispatch.
• Personalisation: Names, dates, venue, parents’ names, event timeline and theme colours.
• Revisions: 2 rounds at the proof stage. Once printing begins, changes are not possible.

For catalogue digital invites (PDF & video)

1. After payment: Check your confirmation email for the invitation content form. Make a copy and fill in your content.
2. Share your copy: Click Share (top right), then General access → Anyone with the link → Editor. Click Copy link, then Done. WhatsApp your completed document link to +91 99305 38551 with your order number.
3. First proof: Within 2 working days after we receive your paid order and complete content.
4. Final PDF or video: Within 2 working days after proof approval.

Working days: Monday–Friday. Customer response and revision time are additional.

Digital files are delivered worldwide via email / WhatsApp as a downloadable link. No physical item is shipped. Contact us before ordering for urgent deadlines. Bespoke timelines are agreed separately.

For Printed Invites / Stationery

• Proof within 48 working hours after we receive your order and complete content.
• Dispatch within 15 days after proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional.
• We ship globally. Charges depend on delivery location and quantity and are confirmed before dispatch.
• For international orders, share your delivery address before ordering to confirm cost and timeline.
• Bespoke timelines are agreed separately.

For Digital Invites:

• Our USP is to deliver invitations super fast, so we begin work on your design as soon as your order is placed. For this reason, refunds on digital invitations are not possible once work has started
• If you inform us about cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order and we have not started working on your invite, we will process a 100% refund
• Since digital invitations are delivered as files, returns are not applicable

For Printed Invites / Stationery:

• If you inform us about cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order, a 100% refund will be processed
• If you inform us about cancellation after 1 hour and before printing has started, a 50% refund will be processed
• Once printing has started, no refund will be processed
• Returns are not accepted as printed invites/stationery are personalised and made to order
• If your order arrives damaged in transit, please share photos within 48 hours of delivery

For Digital Invites:

• Once design work has begun, the chosen design cannot be swapped for a different one. Switching designs mid-project is treated as a new order
• All final designs are delivered online as downloadable files (MP4 for video, PDF for static)
• Open / editable / printable source files are not shared
• All designs remain the intellectual property of Osprey Invites. They may not be shared with any third party for commercial use, replication, or alteration

For Printed Invites / Stationery:

• Once printing has started, design changes are not possible
• All final designs are delivered as physical printed pieces in your chosen quantity, along with a digital version of the design
• Open / editable / printable source files are not shared
• All designs remain the intellectual property of Osprey Invites. They may not be shared with any third party for commercial use, replication, or alteration
