• Turnaround: Delivered within 1 week from when you share your complete content. T&C applied. Rush delivery may be available on request.
• How you'll receive it: A private website link sent via email or WhatsApp, ready to share instantly with guests anywhere in the world.
• Personalisation: Names, wedding dates, photographs, event details, colours, monogram/logo and website content are all customised for your celebration.
• Revisions: 2 rounds of revisions are included before the website goes live, so we can ensure every detail feels just right. Additional revisions requested after approval or website publication may be chargeable.
• Optional Upgrades: Custom domain name, matching digital invitation, photo gallery section, additional sections or pages, wardrobe planner integration, countdown timer, wedding newspaper section and password protection.

• After we receive your order and complete content, your personalised wedding website preview is shared digitally within 1 week for your review.

• Once you approve the preview, your website is published and ready to share.

• Complete content includes names, wedding dates, event details, venue addresses, photographs, monogram/logo, RSVP details, and any wording or references you'd like incorporated.

• Wedding websites are delivered worldwide via a private link shared over email or WhatsApp — your location does not affect the delivery timeline.

• Two rounds of revisions are included prior to publishing your website. Any revisions requested post that may be chargeable.

• Rush delivery may be available on request — please message us before placing your order.

• Fully bespoke websites designed from scratch (not selected from our catalogue) follow a separate timeline, agreed upon based on the scope of work.

• Optional add-ons such as custom domains, password protection, wardrobe planners, wedding newspapers, additional sections, or RSVP management support may require additional setup time and cost.

• We begin setting up your wedding website as soon as your order is placed and complete content is received. For this reason, refunds on wedding websites are not possible once work has started.

• If you inform us about cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order and we have not started working on your website, we will process a 100% refund.

• Wedding websites are personalised digital products and are delivered as private links. Therefore, returns are not applicable.

• Once work on your wedding website has begun, the selected website design cannot be swapped for a different template. Changing to another design after setup has commenced will be treated as a new order.

• Final websites are delivered as private shareable links, ready to be accessed by guests across devices.

• Open, editable or source files, website templates and backend access are not shared.

• All designs remain the intellectual property of Osprey Invites and may not be shared with any third party for commercial use, replication or alteration.

• Optional add-ons such as custom domains, password protection, additional sections or bespoke features incur additional charges.

• Fully bespoke websites designed from scratch follow separate terms and timelines, agreed upon prior to commencement of work.

• Osprey Invites reserves the right to showcase website designs in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.
