  • DIGITAL INVITES
  1. Static Image invites will be provided in PDF format
  2. Animated Video Invites will be provided in MP4 format.
  3. Design once chosen can not be changed if the work has already started. Design change will be considered as a separate order.
  4. All final designs will be delivered online as downloadable files.
  5. Open files & Printable files will not be shared.
  • PRINTED INVITES
  1. Printed Invites as per your quantity will be shipped to your preferred location.
  2. Open files & Printable files will not be shared.

  • All designs delivered are property of Osprey Invites and under no circumstances be shared with any third party for commercial purpose or for attempting to alter/replicate.

Delivery & Shipping

  • DIGITAL INVITES
  1. After receiving order & complete content, proof read file will be shared digitally within 24 hrs.
  2. After approval is received on proof read file, final design will be delivered within 48 hrs (PDF) and 3-4 days (Video).

  • PRINTED INVITES
  1. Proof reading file is shared for approval within 48 working hrs.
  2. Printed Invites are dispatched within 15 days of design approval.

  • Customised designs will not be delivered as per above timeline. Timeline will be discussed case to case basis.

Refunds & Returns

  • DIGITAL INVITES
  1. Since our USP is to deliver invitations super fast, we start working on your design as soon as your order is placed. Hence, refund in case of digital invitations is not possible if the work has started.
  2. In some genuine cases, when we are informed about the cancellation within 1 hr of order placement, we will process 100% refund if we have not started working on your invite.
  • PRINTED INVITES
  1. If we are informed about the cancellation within 1 hr of order placement, 100% refund will be processed.
  2. If we are informed about the cancellation after 1 hr and before the printing starts, 50% refund will be processed.
  3. If we are informed about the cancellation after the printing starts, no refund will be processed.
