• Personalisation: Names, dates, venue, parents' names, event timeline, and theme colours — all customised to you
• Revisions: 2 rounds of revisions are included before final delivery, so we can get every detail right together. Any changes after the animation begins (incase of video) / final file is delivered are chargeable

For Printed Invites / Stationery:

• What you'll receive: Premium printed invites/stationery in your chosen finish and quantity, packaged for safe delivery, plus a digital version of the design for easy sharing
• Format: Physical printed pieces in your chosen finish, ready to send
• Turnaround: Design proofs in 3–4 working days, printing and shipping typically 7–10 days after approval. T&C applied
• How you'll receive it: Shipped to your preferred address — we deliver globally. Shipping charges shared based on your location before dispatch
• Personalisation: Names, dates, venue, parents' names, event timeline, and theme colours — all customised to you
• Revisions: 2 rounds of revisions are included at the proof stage. Once printing begins, changes are not possible

For Digital Invites (Video & PDF):

• After we receive your order and complete content, your proof file is shared digitally within 24 working hours
• Once you approve the proof, the final design is delivered within 48 working hours (PDF) or 3–4 working days (Video)
• Complete content includes: names, dates, venue, parents' names, event timeline, and any photos or theme references you'd like included
• Digital invites are delivered worldwide via email and WhatsApp — your location doesn't change the timeline
• Rush delivery available on request — message us before ordering
• Fully bespoke designs (built from scratch to your concept, not chosen from our catalogue) follow a separate timeline, agreed case by case

For Printed Invites / Stationery:

• After we receive your order and complete content, your proof file is shared digitally for approval within 48 working hours
• Once you approve the proof, printed invites are dispatched within 15 days
• We ship globally. Shipping charges depend on your delivery location and order quantity, and will be confirmed before dispatch
• For international orders, please share your delivery address with us before ordering so we can confirm shipping cost and timeline
• Fully bespoke designs follow a separate timeline, agreed case by case

For Digital Invites:

• Our USP is to deliver invitations super fast, so we begin work on your design as soon as your order is placed. For this reason, refunds on digital invitations are not possible once work has started
• If you inform us about cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order and we have not started working on your invite, we will process a 100% refund
• Since digital invitations are delivered as files, returns are not applicable

For Printed Invites / Stationery:

• If you inform us about cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order, a 100% refund will be processed
• If you inform us about cancellation after 1 hour and before printing has started, a 50% refund will be processed
• Once printing has started, no refund will be processed
• Returns are not accepted as printed invites/stationery are personalised and made to order
• If your order arrives damaged in transit, please share photos within 48 hours of delivery

For Digital Invites:

• Once design work has begun, the chosen design cannot be swapped for a different one. Switching designs mid-project is treated as a new order
• All final designs are delivered online as downloadable files (MP4 for video, PDF for static)
• Open / editable / printable source files are not shared
• All designs remain the intellectual property of Osprey Invites. They may not be shared with any third party for commercial use, replication, or alteration

For Printed Invites / Stationery:

• Once printing has started, design changes are not possible
• All final designs are delivered as physical printed pieces in your chosen quantity, along with a digital version of the design
• Open / editable / printable source files are not shared
• All designs remain the intellectual property of Osprey Invites. They may not be shared with any third party for commercial use, replication, or alteration
