    At Osprey Invites, we're committed to providing you with the highest quality products. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. In the rare event that a faulty item is delivered to you, we offer a hassle-free exchange process.

    How it Works:

    2. Provide Details: In your communication with us, kindly include your order number and describe the issue with the item.
    3. Our Evaluation: Our team will promptly review your case and assess the reported issue.
    4. Exchange Process: If we confirm that the item is indeed faulty, we will initiate the exchange process. You will be provided with a return label, and once we receive the item, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost.

    We take great care to ensure that your order is delivered in perfect condition. However, if you encounter a rare issue with a faulty item, we're here to make it right. We appreciate your trust in us and strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience.

Please note that shipping times & rates may vary based on your location. The same will be communicated with you on order confirmation and if we are unable to deliver, we will refund the full amount without questions.
